  Remarkably poor service. One staff member seated us and another then tried to tell us off for taking up a table as it was apparently reserved for dinner (at 4pm in the afternoon!). We were forced to scull our coffees, although by the time we left 15 minutes later the restaurant was more than half empty with the majority of tables available.

  The food was alright but the service was ridiculous. We booked for 6 people but in the end only 4 of us came. They moved us from a 2 two table set up to one table that barely fit our wine let alone the food we'd just ordered. They explained we had to move as the other tables were going to be busy in minutes and then no one else actually came all night. And then for dessert we wanted the alcoholic milkshakes on the menu but apparently their milkshake machine closes at 9pm sharp so our order at 9.03pm could not be fulfilled.

  Rude rude rude - and the food is only ok. The facade of this place looks nice but I will never go there again. So many bad reviews below with similar comments about poor service from the guy who manages this store - PICK UP YOUR GAME.

  Was trying to have a nice meal at the beginning of the long weekend and was made to feel unwelcome by the manager multiple times. Wouldn’t let us sit at a table we wanted despite it being free, wouldn’t serve us the meal we wanted for silly reasons like the kitchen utensils they use to make it had been cleaned already. I would rarely post a review but this was honestly memorable as one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever seen - it was the guy who seems to be the manager of the place who was rude.

  Great place. Food is good and the place is very nice too sit and watch people go around. Burgers are nice and upper seating area for is also good

  The guy who I assume is the manager of this store is exceptionally rude; if you read the reviews there are many examples of this.
